These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AsranLab platform at asranlab.com. By creating an account or purchasing a course you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
By registering an account, enrolling in a course, or making a purchase on AsranLab, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Sharing your account or course access with any other person is strictly prohibited by any means, including but not limited to sharing login credentials, streaming sessions to others, or providing access through any technical workaround. AsranLab reserves the right to immediately terminate any account found to be in violation of this rule, without refund.
Upon purchasing a course, AsranLab grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-commercial license to access and view the course content for your own learning purposes only. This license does not include the right to:
Unauthorised sharing, distribution, reproduction, or publication of course content — including uploading to third-party platforms — may result in immediate account termination and legal action where appropriate.
Purchased courses include access for as long as the course remains available on the AsranLab platform and AsranLab continues operating the service.
Payments are currently processed securely by Paddle. By completing a purchase you agree to their terms and conditions. Prices are displayed in USD and an approximate local currency equivalent. AsranLab reserves the right to change course prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed. We may introduce additional payment providers in the future and will update these terms accordingly.
Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy. By purchasing a course you acknowledge that digital delivery begins immediately upon payment and accept the terms of the Refund Policy.
AsranLab reserves the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time. Where a course is to be permanently removed, we will provide reasonable prior notice to students who have purchased that course. We are not liable for changes to course content that reflect updates to the subject matter, improvements to quality, or corrections.
The platform and course content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, AsranLab makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, availability, or suitability of any course content for a particular purpose.
Upon successful completion of a course and its assessment requirements, AsranLab issues a digital completion certificate. Certificates are issued by AsranLab and are not formally accredited by any government body, academic institution, or professional organisation. They serve as a record of completion on the AsranLab platform only. AsranLab reserves the right to revoke a certificate if it was obtained fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
Course content is currently created by AsranLab. In the future, third-party instructors may contribute content to the platform. In all cases, AsranLab acts as the platform operator and is responsible for ensuring content meets our quality and accuracy standards. All intellectual property rights in course content remain with AsranLab or the respective content creator, and no rights are transferred to you beyond the limited license described in Section 4.
When using the AsranLab platform you must not:
AsranLab reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, enforce these terms, or comply with legal obligations. Upon termination, your access to all courses will be revoked immediately. Termination for cause — including account sharing, fraud, or acceptable use violations — will not entitle you to a refund. AsranLab may also discontinue the platform entirely with reasonable prior notice to all registered users.
AsranLab shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, hosting provider failures, natural disasters, governmental actions, civil unrest, or other force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service as soon as practicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AsranLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. AsranLab's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in question.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
AsranLab reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
